Nestled at an altitude of 670 meters in the town of Belvedere, "Le soleil de Faut" welcomes you in a beautiful Provençal environment, bucolic and relaxing...

It is located in a detached house composed of only two studios.
The owner of the premises in a neighboring house has no vis-à-vis on you.
The single-storey house is composed of a single main room with a 2-seater sofa bed and a 2-seater BZ, a kitchen area, a pretty bathroom, a small terrace and a huge garden for an immersion in nature... rest... quiet... and sunbathing available.
As well as... barbecue, small laundry, washing machine, small freezer, there is no dishwasher.
Beds are made on arrival, linen is included as well as final cleaning. Attention! For amateurs, there is no wifi, only 4G.
The arrival to the private parking lot is via a 600-metre road accessible by all vehicles.

* You are only 15 minutes by car from all shops and amenities. * The municipal swimming pool of Bollène Vésubie is 10 minutes away by car. * Nice 55 km away and the seaside 1 hour drive. * 14 km from the Spa of Berthemont les Bains. * 16 km from St-Martin de Vésubie, the "Little Switzerland of Nice"... At the Boréon 25 km away: the Vésubia Park and all its activities, the Alpha Park (animal park). * 20 km from sports activities in La Colmiane with the largest zip line in France, summer sledging, via ferrata, mini-golf, etc... * You are also close to many hiking departures (Col du Turini, Valley of Wonders, the most beautiful lakes of the Mercantour, etc...) Philippe, your host, if he is on site, will be able to suggest some hikes with various difficulties and will indicate some preserved landscapes to relax.
