This land is deeply connected to Kentucky's bourbon heritage. Crops grown right here on the farm are sold to Kentucky distilleries and used in the bourbon-making process, so your stay is quite literally rooted in the story of bourbon country.



The farm is full of life. Hawks circle overhead, owls and coyotes call in the evenings, deer move through the fields, and wild turkeys are frequent visitors. Whether you're sipping your morning coffee or watching the sunset from the hot tub, nature is always part of the experience.



Inside, the home blends historic charm with modern comfort, including climate control, Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and a tankless water heater for endless hot showers.

GOOD TO KNOW

This is a working farm, so guests stay inside the wooden fence around the home, except for walking trash to the dumpster near the barn. Exterior cameras record audio and video when motion is detected. Indoor fireplaces are decorative only. No pets, no smoking, and the guest who books must be 25 or older.



Whether you're soaking in the hot tub, gathered around the fire, spotting wildlife at dusk, or heading into Louisville for dining, bourbon, and culture, this home offers a truly unique stay. Slow, peaceful, and deeply Kentucky.



GUESTS MUST ONLY USE DESIGNATED AREA: For safety and to protect the working farm and wildlife, guests must remain within the designated guest area (the wooden fence around the home) of the property at all times, except when taking trash to the dumpster. Please do not explore fields or farm areas outside the approved space. The guest space is 1 acre.



RENTAL AGREEMENT/ GUEST VERIFICATION (Required): A signed rental agreement is required within 24 hours of booking. The agreement includes guest identity verification, occupancy limits, no-party/no-event policy, property rules, damage responsibility, and compliance with local regulations and insurance requirements. If this requirement within 24 hours of time of booking, host may cancel this reservation without penalty.



WIFI: All guests will be asked to enter email and phone number in order to access the free WiFi at this location. Contact confirmation is optional. In accordance with booking platform policy, we use apps to facilitate our guest experience and these apps may request contact information before, during, and after your confirmed stay.



KENTUCKY DERBY: All Kentucky Derby week/weekend reservations are non refundable, regardless of whether or not a rental agreement has been signed.



RECORDING DEVICES: Recording devices are located on the exterior of the property. Devices record audio and video and recordings are triggered by motion. Devices will be active during guests stay. Recording devices only capture views of the exterior. Guest safety and privacy are top priorities. These recording devices exist solely for the safety and security of our great guests!



NO SMOKING: Absolutely no smoking or vaping inside the home



CHECK IN: Contactless check in is available until 10 pm EST via keypad. Any guests planning to check in after 10 pm EST must notify the host in writing prior to 10 pm to make accommodations for after hours check in. The host may not be available to assist with any check in issues between 10 pm and 9 am EST



NUMBER OF GUESTS WE HOST: We expect to only host the number of people on your reservation only. For insurance and safety purposes, please make sure your reservation reflects the accurate number of people. Otherwise you may be subject to a fee and you may be asked to leave.



NOISE LEVELS: Please be mindful of noise levels at all times and be respectful of neighbors by adhering to the quiet hours.
