Inside, the condo has been lovingly updated with comfort and style in mind. The spacious bedroom features a plush king-size bed and TV, creating a relaxing escape at the end of the day. The large bathroom feels bright and open, with updated finishes and plenty of space to get ready for a night out or wind down after the beach.

Land’s End is a gated waterfront community in Treasure Island, tucked away at the tip of a peninsula and surrounded by water on three sides. The Intracoastal Waterway borders the east, the Gulf of Mexico stretches along the west, and Blind Pass lies to the south. You’ll often see boats passing by and if you’re lucky, dolphins and manatees playing in the channel.
Community amenities include a large heated pool and hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, sand volleyball, shuffleboard, gazebos, a BBQ grilling area, and direct beach access onsite. It’s a rare combination of peaceful seclusion and resort-style recreation.

Must be 25 or older to reserve, and the person booking must be present for the entire stay.
Please note, this property is self-catering. We provide a starter supply of soaps, toilet paper, and paper towels, but these will not be replenished during your stay.

Great condo! Very clean and comfortable. Patio looks down onto the dog beach and blind pass sandbar. We loved watching the dogs play! Area is very quiet and enjoyable. The pool and beach were very nice and clean. The condo has beach chairs and a small ice chest as well. We rented the rest of the beach equipment we wanted from Pete's Beach Rental, he will deliver it to the condo. The shower could use a new shower head, but works fine. Just not much water pressure. Plenty of hot water! Condo is also decorated very nicely. I loved the blue paint in the bedroom. There is also covered parking under the building, which helps to keep your vehicle cool on hot days. I will absolutely stay here again. Great spot.

This is a terrific place, nicely located on the land's end of sunset beach. We had a wonderful stay, beach was very nice. Great for long walks and shelling with several associated amenities like pickle ball, shuffleboard, hot tub and very nice pool. While just a one-and-one, this unit was expansively sized and felt bigger on an everyday living basis. However, the customary VRBO household supplies provided were laughably lacking. No Kleenex, no dish soap, no shampoo or conditioner, no condiments. C'mon. 5 stars, but that small detail that's routinely expected and received everywhere else made it feel cheap.
