Good location to watch the air show, and convenient to dining, parking was an issue as the property would only issue one pass, not two as described, shower curtain was moldy, probably should be replaced good communication by the host,

Location is great. Quiet unit, great security, nice grounds. 603 may have recently been painted because multiple pictures and mirror were off walls. Plenty of kitchen utensils and towels. Main issues were housekeeping and I would not return for this reason. Carpets had not been vacuumed, items on floors and in closets. Balcony floor dirty with old bandaids. Dirty railing and corners. Glass had not been cleaned in a while, it was not just beach air dirt. Cobwebs in bedroom ceiling corners, torn lampshade, wobbly and worn toilet seat. Moldy and water damaged bathroom by shower. All was clean, though. Beach view excellent, pool area very clean.

had a great family trip !
