The property was clean and comfortable. In a great location. Close to the beach and pool and plenty of places to eat. Has lots of space and was very comfortable for us and our dogs.

Perfect family getaway to enjoy the Gulf Coast. We had a fantastic stay at this property! It met all the marks we needed for our week-long stay. The property was clean and enough space for a family of 4 plus our dog. It was clean and well-kept and the beds were comfortable. The condo was only a 3 minute walk to the beach. Excellent location! It was unfortunate that we were not able to take our dog to the beach b/c of county ordinance and it was great that the condo was very close to the beach that we can just take a break and check on the doggo throughout the day. The screened-in porch was perfect to enjoy the outdoors without the bugs! Communication with the host- Avari Management - was excellent! Very responsive from the start - answering our questions before the trip and providing local recommendations, detailed info with check-in/out process, and answered our questions throughout the stay. We would ABSOLUTELY love to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

We thoroughly enjoyed our little family get away! PERFECT walking distance from the beach, amazing screened in patios, the sound of life at night around the pond. We will be recommending to everyone & hope to be back soon!
