Great location, with a direct view of the beach. Chairs and an umbrella was included, which was nice. Mattress in master bedroom was lumpy and uncomfortable. There was sand in the bed so we had to wash everything on arrival. The couch was completely warn and needs to be replaced. 2 shelves in the refrigerator were broken so we didn’t have a lot of storage space. The refrigerator also wasn’t very cold. The toilet ran the entire time, with a burned out bulb in the bathroom. Updates definitely needed for this unit, but we were still able to have a great time

This was an absolutely exceptional property for our anniversary weekend getaway! This unit is located on the beach side of Sandpiper Cove and the morning views of the gulf were absolutely breathtaking! The room is a perfect size for a couple and it was extremely clean and comfortable. We would definitely stay here again!

I really like the Sandpiper Cove area. Less crowds, quick access to everything however the condo needs some work. The sliding patio door lock is rusted and you can’t lock it, there is broom handle stick to put down so that it can’t be opened. The washing machine smells of mildew and doesn’t wash clothes well. You can also feel the mattress wires sticking out on the bunk beds and the toilet tank ran every time you flushed. The views were great and we will be back to Sandpiper Cove but in a different condo.

Beds were comfortable, place was clean and the beach views were amazing. Would definitely stay here again.
