Golf cart was a nice amenity. Home was clean and well furnished.

The location was phenomenal. It was so easy to get to the beach and run for coffee in the morning. The neighborhood was the perfect spot to rent in, nice and quiet!

We had an amazing time. Would definitely come back and stay.

Beautiful home but unfortunately we were caught in the switch between management companies. The house was not set up for guests. The hot tub was broke so we did not get to use it and we were really looking forward to it!!! No guest book to explain anything, internet not set up, tv volume didn’t work, upstairs showers didn’t get very hot, grill had burners that didn’t work, bare minimum supplies in kitchen and laundry. Golf cart was great and the space was great but it was a big beautiful house that had been stripped by prior management and new management really wasn’t ready for renters so it did not feel welcoming. It has great potential but maybe wait to rent it for a month or two(so July) so new management can get it fully set up. Oh- couldn’t adjust thermostats at all- they were locked down.
