Very clean. More "starter supplies" than other owners we've stayed in. Many dressers/drawers, towels, beautiful ocean decor and right next to the entrance to the "saltwater/heated pool".

Super family friendly. Our 4 year old had an amazing time. Our unit had everything we needed including in-room laundry. Easy walk to the beach. May have been the cleanest beach I have ever been on. Super easy check in/out process. Short walk on the beach to some great food in either direction!

We enjoyed our stay! The location really was top notch for us! Plenty of places to eat close by and things to do with kids! And right on the beach!
You can tell the property and rooms are getting older, and run down a bit. It will probably be time for some updates soon!

The unit itself was OK except for a cleanliness issue and a maintenance issue. The biggest negative to the property was the covered parking garage which was constantly wet. With water everywhere it reminded me of the collapse of the Champlain Towers South. Otherwise, the front desk individuals are great and the unit itself aside from not being properly cleaned before my visit and maintenance issues which were slow in responding, it was OK.
