The room was clean, check in/ out was easy, and it was very easy to get to the beach! It’s right in the middle of Destin so it’s an easy drive to resturants/ shopping. ***However, this unit needs work! The hot water in the guest bathroom did not work and we took cold showers every night, the dryer did not work, and the balcony door did not lock which was concerning. If these issues are fixed I would stay here again.

Immediately upon arriving, we were impressed with the property. The check in process was a breeze and the condo was spotless. It was perfect place to stay for a weekend away and was exactly as advertised. The guest room was perfect for our 3 year old and primary suite had plenty of space for myself and my husband. While it was a little too chilly for the large pool, the second heated pool was great. The proximity to the beach and small playground were perfect! I absolutely would rent here again!

A ton of construction, started early and ran late. Extremely loud!!!!!! Construction workers used the elevators a lot and every day one of the elevators were broken which meant long waits. Staying on the 8th floor, the elevator was needed!
