The area that this place is in, is amazing! The wharf is nice and we really enjoyed the shops. Once we received our parking pass from the gate, it was pretty easy to navigate to the condo. The parking garage was easy to get into with the code, however, parking for us was sort of limited due to how many guests were staying the weekend that we decided to go. Once we parked, the garage to the condo was pretty close by and check in/communication was amazing! The condo was very clean and decorated. AC works great in the Florida heat. However, on the first night, we realized that there was only one working light outside on the terrace. The bed was comfortable, but the pillows were terrible; very flat and small. The sheets were stained as well, but still fairly clean. The only bad thing that would deter me from returning to this specific condo, is location. It is right next to a loading dock and you can hear the beeping of the trucks and them unloading all night and day. It did keep us up quite a bit at night, so we got limited sleep. Overall though, nice condo, great resort.

It was a beautiful place and very comfortable. The only negative thing is the unit is right next to a delivery entrance which is very noisy. Starts very early and goes into the late evening. The bedroom is right on that wall and a lot of banging going on. It could use more containers for when you make food. Other than that we Loved Baytowne Wharf.

We didn’t get our check in procedures until after we arrived and I was sending messages therefore we couldn’t even get through the gate. One night we were locked out of the parking garage and we stayed on hold over an hour before she finally sent me to the property manager of the resort who called right back and handled it. The condo itself needs some work…touchup paint, mold in the shower, 2 separate chests in bedroom are missing handles, the 2 drawers under sink in kitchen don’t close, and the bathroom door takes all you have to open or close it-it definitely needs some work.We did like the shopping and restaurant area attached to the unit.
