The condo was as advertised (clean and fairly updated). The communication with the management company regarding parking was not the best but it all worked out.

Note to future guests, make sure you receive a passcode to sign up for parking, which is a 50 fee for the duration of the stay (handled through the resort property). Once that is acquired, check in is as simple as paying for parking on your phone and opening the door to your condo. The room was very clean and everything was well taken care of for our arrival. There was a minor snafu with the parking code not working, but a prompt phone call took care of that in minutes. We enjoyed the weekend, the condo was very comfortable and had everything we could need for an extended stay. It was very roomy for a one bedroom condo. The ultimate benefit was the very short walk past the pool to the beach. The boardwalk was equipped with a shower and the pool areas were very well kept. Check in and check out was very simple. I would absolutely stay again in the future.

We enjoyed the location of the property. It was clean, has a good view of the ocean, and so close to restaurants, shops and great biking/walking trails nearby.

The stay was wonderful. My boyfriend and I enjoyed ourselves from check-in to check-out
