Room was spotless, beds were extremely comfortable & location was excellent for the event we'd travelled to Galway for.

The woman at check in couldn’t have been more helpful. We we were going out we needed to book a taxi and there was a different woman at the desk who was equally as kind and helpful. The room was perfect. The shower was very fancy with 2 different shower heads. A hidden gem! Thanks again x

The staff was absolutely wonderful and it was great to be able to go right downstairs for a pint in the evening or a cup of coffee in the morning. The bed was very comfortable, the room very clean, and the shower had great water pressure.
The WiFi was so weak as to be nearly useless. The room was cold when we arrived and there didn't seem to be an ability to adjust the temperature. We spoke to the manager and she adjusted the temperature immediately. She said there was nothing they could do about the WiFi.
