From start to finish was brilliant. You greeted us with a warm welcome and a smile. Showed us to our room giving us information about the area. Which was great to hear. The bed was very comfy and the bedroom was spotless, the bathroom was spacious and very clean. The breakfast was outstanding too with a lovely lady (sorry didn't catch her name) so helpful with a lovely smile. Overall we would highly recommend a stay

It was very intimate, having inkyb8 bedrooms and a beautiful property and grounds. Loved the swimming pool which Amanda kindly got ready for us and she even bought us out towelling robes
It was all really great and comfortable beds and a wonderful breakfast . My only comment is that it would’ve been nice to have had some herbal tea in the bedroom, peppermint and chamomile. Also, my husband would’ve loved a Nespresso machine and butter biscuits!!

Everything except the TV in my room.
TV in room was very old. Needs updating and putting on a bracket so it can be turned closer to the position of the bed.

Lovely property - beautiful old house and grounds. Lots of parking. Amanda was very welcoming. Our room was comfortable and faced the back garden so was nice and quiet. We had lovely breakfasts there and had some enjoyable conversations with other guests.
The only complaint we have was that our shower was not really a shower - it was only a dribble. The water pressure in the bath/shower unit was terrible, thus it felt like one never got clean and it was certainly not a satisfying experience after a long day of walking/hiking. We understand that this is an old building, but it was most unsatisfactory.
