Glasgow Westerwood Hotel, Spa & Golf Resort

Very clean. The night porter Alan was lovely. We had a late check in due to work and he was lovely. Made us feel at ease and confident that if we had needed anything during the night he was there

Location, breakfast was good, dinner choice ok but could be better. Room was adequate although throughout the 3 nights the bed was not made by hotel staff. Shower performance was ok. Bed comfortable.

Room was right at the back of the hotel, despite booking many months ago and the area needed refurbishing, corridor carpet was not very clean. We are guessing that the reason for being located in this area was the hotel had been taken over by Radio2 in the park personnel for the 3 days we were there. Shower leaked to the extent the floor was collapsing outside it, had to use extra towels, which we had to ask for each time, to soak up the water escaping. The hairdryer had to be replaced as the one in the room had melted! Staff need to pay more attention and check room amenities. Tea and coffee choice in the room was standard, not good.

The room was lovely and clean. Very comfy bed and good shower.

The pool facilities and spa was very disappointing we were expecting it to atleast be clean but it was very dated and was visibly unhygienic. Not exactly happy with the amount of money spent on our stay but overall was decent, wouldn’t be back
