Excellent apartment right in the heart of Paris. You can walk to many of the most important places.
The apartment was very clean, spacious and comfortable.
We had to pay €50 for the cleaning lady to come down to the gate and let us out n to store our luggage at the day of arrival. I think at that rental price, this could be included. But then again, it was announced and we agreed to book it.

Location is perfect - in Marais (best place to stay in Paris), but very quiet. Air-condition individually regulated in every room and very efficient. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary things. Apartment is spacious an can easily accomodate 6 persons without feeling crowded. Entrance to the building is locked and the courtyard is locked during the night. Lots of nice restaurants nearby and excellent Italian foodstuffs shop in the next building. Metro is 4 min away.
All fine!
