It was an excellent apartment. It’s super cute. It’s in an old building that the apartment is pretty modern. The bedding was amazing comforter pillows, bad the shower and bathroom were quite large and a really good facility. The kitchenette was small, but it was perfect. It actually had a range which is an induction range pretty good size refrigerator and it was well stocked The. There is a bio market literally like the other side of the street, which was fantastic also

I am definitely giving this a five star review you do need to know that there is noise from the clubs on Friday night and Saturday night. Sunday night was easy. Friday day was great. I was able to open the big windows and hear the tree as it was really lovely.

The customer communication platform is excellent; you receive responses within minutes, it is easy to use, and they took action to address needs. The entry and security system is effective and provides a sense of security and peace of mind. Despite the lively nightlife in the area, the room is extremely quiet.

The elevator is not for public use—I don't recall if that was mentioned on the website. On the first day, they forgot to leave the right number of towels, though they took action immediately after I reported it.

When we mentioned issues such as there being only one pillow and one duvet on the bed, a sticky floor, and no kettle, they reacted positively and resolved the issues quickly.

However, the value for money is not particularly good. There are very few services, no reception, and the room itself is very basic. It was also cold and, most importantly, very noisy at night. There is a café next door, which may contribute to the noise. The kitchenette is extremely basic and not sufficiently equipped to prepare a proper meal, so it should not really be expected to function as a fully usable kitchen. I was also disappointed by the apparent difference in how guests were treated. Another guest who arrived on the same day was similarly unhappy with her stay. She received a bottle of champagne and chocolates despite staying for only one night. After my three-night stay, I received chocolates but no champagne. While these gestures are of course discretionary, the difference in treatment felt inconsistent and left a negative impression. Overall, there were some positive aspects, particularly the location, mattress, renovated bathroom, and quick response to complaints. However, given the basic facilities, lack of services, cold room, limited kitchenette, and significant nighttime noise, I did not feel that the accommodation offered particularly good value for money.
