New, elegant and smart, has everything you need, from air conditioning to a toaster, from soft towels to a coffee machine.

Some noise in the morning from neighbouring apartments. A one night stay is rather expensive.

The appartment was GREAT! It's 30 minutes walk from the city center, but you have free!!! underground parking in the building. Who knows Bologna, will understand me (there's no free parking in Bologna at all). The owner was super polite and empathetic! We arrived at 8 a.m. and the check in was at 14 p.m., but he met us near the appartment and let us check in at 9 a.m. He is a superman, guys, believe me :) There were free snacks, water, juice and even beer! Beer, Carl!!!! The appartment is clean, with nice internet and even laundry pods :) My rank is 10 of 10!!!

Nothing!

Great apartment. Clean, comfortable and well-equipped. The host was very friendly and the location was great for us. We really enjoyed our stand and would recommend it.
