Hyatt Regency London Olympia

The room was so comfortable and spacious, enjoyed watching Netflix after a day of travelling. Tv was big and the room was neither too hot nor too cold. Would deffo come again! Was my husbands birthday so they did a nice little set up, thank you for that :))

More variety on breakfast for vegetarians. We asked a staff member about the yoghurts as some strawberry yoghurts are not vegetarian but he looked at us and said it’s just yoghurt so it is. Until I said no some have carmine in it so please double check. The lady who checked for us was very respectful and gave us full information, thank you!!

You won't find a better location than The Hyatt Olympia if you're visiting for an event at the conference venue. I was a speaker at an event and it took me 2 minutes to walk from my room to the venue. I highly recommend this location. The hotel is also new and they really thought about the design of the rooms. It's really comfortable with modern plug points for all types of chargers and even an iron and ironing board in the rooms.

The staff didn't seem very confident selling the F&B offering. There was also a language barrier as some of them didn't speak proper English. I only found out that there was a dinner restaurant on the day that I checked out!

Modern rooms and updated spaces. Lovely restaurant area next door in perhaps the most nicely decorated space for a drink or breakfast I have seen in a hotel for a long time.

We were supposed to have a space to have a small meeting. The staff kept chopping and changing whether they help or not so we ended up using the hotel room. The breakfast was terrible. No menu option offered, only a buffet that was like something you would see in a Holiday Inn Express - the food was cold, the eggs were like slop. We left as it was so poor. For a 300 GBP plus a night hotel they have to do much better than that. Also there was working going on in the hotel with constant drilling and buzzing. They should have had a note on the booking saying this to be the case. No apology offered. Again not what 300 GBP plus should be buying you a night.
