Great customer service.

It’s a pity the Perissa beaches are so close (10 mins walk) but you need to walk on the roads. No walking pavement. The cost of taxis is very high.

Rooms was great, and clean, hot water, good presure of shower, cleaning lady coming everyday, fresh towels everyday, lady at the reception greattt, comunication perfect

Cold water in swimingpool

Everything was spotlessly clean, and our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. The rooms were also very well soundproofed, so it was really peaceful and quiet. The hotel is in a fantastic location - in a quiet, almost idyllic area, yet still very easy to get to. There is also plenty of parking space around the hotel. The staff were incredibly helpful and welcoming. They spoke with us every day about our stay and were always happy to recommend activities and places to visit on the island. The breakfast buffet was very good, and we especially loved the room’s decor and the two balconies, both offering beautiful views. The pool was also great - water was clean and refreshing.

Breakfasts could be more varied.

Property is kept immaculately clean and the staff work so hard to ensure everyone has a lovely stay. Our room was very spacious, the bed was lovely and comfy bed and with the hotel being set back from the main road it’s nice and quiet to get a good nights sleep. Pool area is very nice and there was always sun loungers available at various points throughout the day, thankfully no guests rushing down to put towels on loungers. George and Angela are fantastic hosts and go out their way to ensure your stay is a memorable one, always on hand to help and guide whenever needed. They set the tone for the atmosphere at the hotel which has a very relaxed and friendly feel to it, a real gem.
