The location of the house is close to the sea and with nice restaurants from walking distance. The garden was surprisingly well kept, we could rent surfing board (decathlon) directly for 40 euro per board. Very quiet. Fun fact there is a Telecom site at the end of the street with security guard coming from time to time to check so you get extra security as a side effect.
There was some mosquitoes at night when sleeping with open window.
