Good location and a bargain price. Comfy and well thought out, good use of the smaller space. Helpful owner who was happy to answer questions. Easy check in and out.
Top floor so it was a trek with the suitcase and outside/ landing looked tired and a bit shabby. Also very VERY hot and stuffy, (which cant be helped as top floor and in summer). Glad the owner thought of this and did include 2 large fans which were much appreciated appreciated.

Ubicación, limpieza, airfryer, temperatura
Hay que saber de antemano dónde vas, un pequeño estudio humilde pero muy bien ubicado, limpio y económico.
Una mesa más alta mejoraría la comodidad a la hora de comer.

Bed was cosy
The T.V had no free view and the room was so hot

It did have kitchen facilities.
Easy access to the property.
Great having a fan.
There were no plugs in the bathroom or kitchen sinks? Water temperature very difficult to adjust.
I hated seeing the mouse trap and bait on the lower landing. Fortunately we didn’ see any rodents near our room.
The location - busy traffic - very noisy at night with window open.
More detailing with painting cutting-in would make for a better…
