We had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend these apartments. The host was exceptionally friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout our entire stay. Communication via WhatsApp was incredibly fast - every question was answered almost immediately. When we arrived in São Paulo, the weather was much colder than we expected, and after I asked for an extra blanket, the host brought one right away. Housekeeping was also well organized and easy to coordinate. Overall, everything was smooth, comfortable, and exactly as we hoped. Thank you for making our first month in São Paulo such a pleasant experience!

The only downside was that there was no hot water from either the kitchen sink or the bathroom sink. The shower had hot water, but having only cold water in both sinks was inconvenient.
