Splash Landing and the hosts were amazing. The house fit our group of 8 very comfortably. The updated kitchen was beautiful and well stocked for cooking meals at home. The 8-person dining table allowed us to enjoy meals and play card games together without being crowded. Between the 4 ocean front bedrooms, the private pool and hot tub - it felt like staying at a resort!

This is hands-down the best rental home on Topsail! We have stayed at multiple places over the years and never been happy based on reality vs pics shown, but now we have our forever rental! This house is absolutely amazing - the pool is a life saver for when kids feel too sandy but not yet ready to go on; the covered hottub perfect for end-of-day relaxing or during a quick rain shower; the elevator makes it easy for older guests; the spacious rooms with high-end furniture and decor; the chef’s dream of a kitchen with high-end appliances and fully stocked. We loved every single detail of this house and it made for the most amazing family getaway! I highly recommend and worth every penny, we will be back next summer!!
