Villa Acanthus is situated on a hill in Pissouri Bay and offers a wonderful view of the sea. The house is part of a complex but is located at the very end of it, so it enjoys a fairly large and beautifully private lot.
The house has 3 bedrooms spread over 2 floors and is superbly equipped. The entrance leads directly to the upper floor. This is where the master bedroom is located. It features a double bed and has an en suite bathroom. From this bedroom, you have access to a furnished balcony with a magnificent view of the town and the sea.
A staircase leads to the first floor, where you’ll find the spacious living area, furnished with tasteful leather sofas and a coffee table. There is a large smart TV with a DVD player and CD/iPod player, as well as wide patio doors that offer a beautiful view of the pool and the sea. The dining area consists of a glass table with 6 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped, including a dishwasher and washing machine. A hallway leads to the two additional bedrooms; one is furnished with a double bed and has an en suite bathroom, while the second has two single beds and shares a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have access to the pool area through patio doors.
The garden is beautifully landscaped and features a private pool surrounded by a sun deck with lounge chairs and umbrellas. There is also a built-in grill and a beautiful, shaded pergola with patio furniture. The property is beautifully landscaped with flowering shrubs, palm trees, and other trees. The house is situated on a corner lot, with only one neighboring house and houses below that are visible from the property. The view is simply wonderful; you can see over the houses in front, the tourist area, and the entire Pissouri Bay. The property is very private and cannot be seen from the street.
The beach is about 1,000 meters away; on the way there, you’ll pass a few shops and taverns.
