Exceptionally clean and spacious Denver Airbnb. Close to the Cherry Creek Trail and shopping area. Very well appointed and stocked kitchen (appreciated that!) A great set up for our family with a nice fenced in, shaded backyard and a quiet tree lined street. Enjoyed the quiet mornings on the front porch.

We had a very comfortable and relaxing stay, the house is very spacious and clean and communication with the host was great. The Aveda shampoo and conditioner in the bathroom a very nice touch as well overall thoroughly enjoyed our time and will definitely be back

I can't say enough about this terrific home. The rooms were spacious and the house was very comfortable from beds to floor plan! Everyone had enough personal space as we had both grandparents with us plus our own grown children. The back yard was fenced in and that was a plus with the dogs. Huge outdoor table for dinner and we didn't use the fire pit but if it was cooler weather we may have. Everything was very clean and the location was close to the DU campus and also to Cherry Creek. I booked this last August for graduation 10 months later and it was a great find! Would highly recommend if you are coming with family for graduation.

Overall this was not a very comfortable stay. Nothing is objectively “wrong” with the property, but many little factors added up to make the stay overall less than ideal: - Upon arrival, all ground level windows were unlocked and were very difficult to lock. My husband had to use kitchen tools and all of his strength to get them to lock. - Downstairs has a little bit of an odor and some stains in the carpet - The two upstairs bathrooms have no counter top space; we had to store toiletries in one of the bedrooms and just go back and forth- There are no coverings on the full-window back doors and kitchen window; we made eye contact with the backyard neighbors while they were in the backyard (from inside the home) - There is a missing clear shelf in the fridge and it’s very difficult to notice until you place food there and it falls through into the drawer- The dishwasher is not securely installed which makes it difficult to close - Perhaps the biggest issue for our group is that the floors and doors are so noisy and squeaky that once one person is awake, there is no hope for anyone else to stay asleep - Right before we left, my son cut his foot on something, I’m guessing an exposed nail, while walking up the stairs. We were literally on our way out so I didn’t have time to go back and find the culprit. On the plus side, the house was well stocked and we were allowed to check in a little early. But overall it just didn’t feel like a pleasant stay.
