The Space:

Perched above Williamsburg, The Nest Penthouse is a luxurious, modern retreat that offers an unparalleled Brooklyn experience. This sleek penthouse features a private rooftop deck with sweeping skyline views, perfect for morning coffee, sunset cocktails, or quiet moments above the city. Inside, the sun-filled space boasts high-end finishes, custom lighting, and carefully curated details designed for both comfort and style. The bright, open layout seamlessly combines living, dining, and kitchen areas, offering premium amenities for relaxation or entertaining. Contemporary furnishings and elevated design touches create a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere.



A dedicated yoga and exercise space on the second floor provides a peaceful place to stretch, practice, or work out while enjoying beautiful city views. This level also features a queen-size Murphy bed, offering a flexible and comfortable additional sleeping space. The penthouse includes two well-appointed bedrooms with king beds, thoughtfully designed to accommodate families or groups. Contemporary furnishings and elevated design touches create a cozy yet sophisticated atmosphere.



To finalize your reservation, all guests must pass a mandatory third-party screening process.

Located in the heart of Williamsburg, this penthouse places you in one of Brooklyn’s most vibrant and sought-after neighborhoods. Known for its creative energy, stylish boutiques, and acclaimed dining scene, Williamsburg offers an effortless blend of culture and convenience. Enjoy easy access to top restaurants, cozy cafés, waterfront parks, and lively nightlife, all just steps away. Tree-lined streets meet contemporary city living, while nearby subway lines provide a quick connection to Manhattan and beyond. Whether you’re exploring local shops, catching live music, or strolling along the East River, Williamsburg delivers an authentic Brooklyn experience with a distinctly upscale edge.



Other Things to Note:

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed with owner approval and a one time $350 charge. Rove requires a property rental agreement to be signed by the primary guest prior to arrival for all reservations at this home.



The roof terrace grill is available for use. Please notify us when the propane tank is empty so we can arrange a refill for future guests.



Please note that there is no parking available at the property. However, a valet garage is available across the street for guest use at $400 per month.



As a reminder, smoking is not allowed anywhere on the property, in the home or in the outside areas of the home. Smoking will result in a odor removal fee of no less than $500 and up to $1,000 as well as possible removal from the property.



Monthly Housekeeping Policy: For all reservations with stays of 60 nights or longer, a full mid-stay cleaning by our housekeeping team is required every 30 days. The required mid-stay cleaning fee(s) will be invoiced immediately prior to the service and upon coordination of a suitable date and time for the cleaning to take place.



Security deposit



Stays up to 89 nights: $2,500 credit hold



Stays between 90 and 179 nights: $5,000 credit hold



Stays of 180 nights or longer: Cash security deposit equal to one month’s rent





All security deposits are processed as a credit card hold 2 days prior to arrival and released 2 days after departure, or as a bank transfer for stays of 180 nights or longer.
