Upstairs, there is a spacious roof terrace/solarium with beautiful sea and mountain views and a BBQ area. A lovely place to enjoy your day in the evening.

The urbanisation has a large communal pool with plenty of space around for sunbathing. The pool is fully fenced for children. In addition, you can enjoy the common areas of our neighbouring urbanisation including a gym and paddle court and a children's pool and playground for the little ones.

Casa Valle Niza is the ideal place to enjoy your Mediterranean holidays, just 500 metres from the beach. The property offers every comfort in a quiet environment.
You can relax in the communal pool.
And on the large terrace with beautiful views of the sea and the mountains, you can enjoy the afterglow of another successful day.

Renting a car is essential if you book our house, as the restaurants and shops are nearby but not within walking distance.
