Great condo and our family loved it. The living room furniture could use a good cleaning but we just threw a couple of sheets over the couch and loveseat. Other than that, it was perfect

It was a nice condo with a great view from the balcony

Decent unit. Have stayed at the splash before. Only thing I will complain about is no broom. Between kids and the sand, wanted to sweep before we left but couldn’t.

Overall stay was fine. Location and convenience were nice. The inside of the condo could have been better cleaned. The living room furniture is falling apart and the ice maker did not work. What really made up our minds not to book at Splash was the morning of checkout. An hour and a half prior to check out a maid decided to take it upon herself to barge in without the decency of knocking then run off without even an apology. When we made it to the door to confront her she was nowhere in sight. Did not even make sure to close the door all the way behind her which put my 2 year old son’s safety in jeopardy. As frequent PCB goers multiple times per year, we have never had such carelessness happen. We will not be back to this property.
