The view was absolutely amazing!! The place was beautiful. The only problem we had was that we were supposed to be checked in by 4 but I received a message that it was a missed clean and would be a little bit longer before we could get in. We decided to kill some time and get ice cream while we waited. We were eventually offered another place but with the size of our family it wouldn’t have been quite enough room. It wasn’t until 7:07 that we were able to check in. The host did contact me and did offer a small refund for the wait. The place was really clean aside from the pull out sofa that my son had to sleep on that was covered in sand and crumbs. It was reported and they brought in some fresh linens for him. The tv in the small room had no way to watch anything from and was reported and another tv was supposed to be brought in but didn’t. The other room had some issues with the tv but that was resolved. I would still definitely stay here again as the communication with the issues was taken seriously and dealt with and the home itself was beautiful. The elevator ride kinda sucks but what can you expect when it has 23 floors and people coming and going from all those floors, even with 2 sets of elevators. The grill is also made to have you think it’s gourmet and it’s not. The pool is amazing and the tiki bar has all kinds of drinks! Great access to the beach and Pineapple Willy’s.
