This spacious and lovingly furnished vacation rental is located in a popular area of the Baltic Sea resort town of Kühlungsborn (East), in the Sonnenburg apartment building on Ostseeallee, just a few steps from the Baltic Sea and the fine-sand beach. The property borders the city forest to the south. The historic Kühlungsborn pier and the popular Strandstraße, with its many shopping options, are approximately 600 meters away.

The approximately 44-square-meter three-room apartment on the first floor is accessed via a covered walkway.
It consists of a spacious living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen and an adjoining balcony. From the balcony, the view stretches toward the east—perfect for greeting the first golden rays of the day with a cup of coffee and enjoying the morning in peace and quiet. Depending on the season, you can even catch a glimpse of the beautiful Baltic Sea from the balcony.

Two bedrooms, one of which has a bunk bed, can accommodate 4 guests. The modern shower room was completely renovated in 2021. The floors are laminate in the living areas and tiled in the kitchen and bathroom.

Free Wi-Fi (subject to availability) and practical amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, and a bicycle storage room are located in the building’s basement.

Parking is available in the underground garage (parking space width approx. 2.30 m) as well as in the parking lot behind the building for a fee.
