This spacious condo offers an open living and dining area on the first floor and access to a private deck off the living room. The kitchen is in close proximity, along with a half bath and a daybed (all first floor).

The primary suite features a king bed, en-suite bath, and its own secondary private deck.

A second bedroom includes two queen beds, and the third bedroom offers two bunk beds, perfect for groups.

Enjoy a shared courtyard at the entrance, a community pool, and one assigned covered parking space for added convenience.

Guests have full private access to the entire condo, including both decks. You’ll also have access to the shared courtyard space at the entrance and the community pool (subject to HOA hours and seasonal availability). One assigned covered parking space is included, with additional uncovered guest parking available as permitted by the complex.

We provide easy self check-in and respect your privacy, but we’re always available if you need us. The fastest way to reach us is through the booking platform messaging system. This is a condo community, so quiet hours and HOA rules apply. While the property is near the lake, it is not lakefront.

Stairs may be required to access the unit. All bedrooms are on the second floor.

Pool hours and availability are set by the HOA and may vary seasonally.

This condo does not include resort membership or access to members only resort amenities.
This condo does not include access to Horseshoe Bay resort/hotel or their exclusive amenities. However, all public amenities, restaurants, etc. can be found in the recommendations section of the house manual upon arrival.
