👥 Guests & Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Visitors are not permitted unless approved by the host in advance.

🤝To help maintain our property in great condition, a security deposit of £350 is collected prior to check-in. This deposit is fully refundable after your stay if no damage or extra cleaning is needed.
