The Sandra vacation rental awaits you in a quiet and sunny location on a spacious lot in the popular Baltic Sea resort of Zinnowitz on the island of Usedom. Just a few meters from the fine-sand Baltic Sea beach, you’ll find the perfect setting here for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation surrounded by the sea, dunes, and coastal forest. The 85 m² vacation rental is located on the first floor of the house and offers plenty of space for families or several couples who value comfort, spaciousness, and a beachfront location.
The heart of the apartment is the bright, open-concept living and dining area with a new, high-quality kitchen. In addition to an induction stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, and dishwasher, you’ll find everything you need here to prepare meals together. The large dining table is perfect for breakfast or social evenings. In the living area, a flat-screen TV and access to Amazon Prime and Netflix with your own account provide entertainment. Warm, color-coordinated furniture and tasteful decor create a cozy atmosphere. From the living room, you can step out onto the sunny south-facing balcony, which features comfortable seating, a parasol, and a magnificent view of the greenery—an ideal spot to relax.
Three separate bedrooms offer a pleasant retreat and restful sleep. One bedroom is equipped with a comfortable box-spring bed measuring 1.80 m x 2.00 m, blackout curtains, and a large closet. Another bedroom features a double bed with a sleeping area of 1.80 m x 2.00 m, blackout curtains, and a dresser. The third bedroom offers a double bed measuring 1.60 m x 2.00 m, a closet, a dresser, and an additional flat-screen TV. Fly screens in all bedrooms ensure undisturbed nights while enjoying the fresh Baltic Sea air.
The modern, stylish bathroom features a shower with a low threshold, heated floors, and a window that lets in natural light. A guest restroom is also available. To ensure a hassle-free start to your stay, all beds are made upon arrival and plenty of towels are provided. Basic amenities are, of course, provided. Two parking spaces, a lockable bike storage room with an e-bike charging station, a crib, a high chair, and free Wi-Fi round out the offerings and make this vacation rental the ideal place to stay for your vacation on Usedom.
