The Maisonette Giggi vacation rental is located in the rear, newer section of a historic farmhouse dating from 1870. A steel staircase leads to the separate entrance to the Maisonette Giggi.

The lower level features a fully equipped kitchen-living room, a guest restroom, and a laundry room. From the kitchen-living room, you have direct, ground-level access to the south-facing terrace. The kitchen-living room features a comfortable pull-out sofa for adults. The entire apartment is bathed in natural light and furnished with antiques.
A staircase leads to the upper floor, where you’ll find a spacious bathroom equipped with a shower, bathtub, and toilet. The large, bright bedroom features a double bed (180 cm) and a pull-out sofa suitable for children (children up to 5 years old stay with us free of charge). The apartment is supplied with Grander water, which means you’ll enjoy wonderfully purified water to drink and shower with!
Dogs are welcome, but they should be well-socialized, as we have a dog of our own. A maximum of 2 dogs may be brought along. We charge a flat fee of 8.00 euros per dog per night.
There are two supermarkets and a drugstore in the immediate vicinity (200 meters).
The village center, with its restaurants and cafés, is about a seven-minute walk away.
Right behind the house, there are wonderful walking trails leading to the Schlossberg and Kalvarienberg hills, the wine country, the Schongau Lech Reservoir, and more.
