In a quiet cul-de-sac, it is perfectly suited for 8 people indoors and outdoors. Located in Morbihan on the Quiberon Peninsula, close to the center of St Pierre Quiberon and the beaches on the bay side, you can do everything on foot.
Bright house of 110 m2 fully equipped, composed of 4 bedrooms (1x180 on the first floor, and 2x 160 and 2x90 upstairs), 2 bathrooms, 2 toilets, cupboards, stove, living room open to a fitted and equipped kitchen opening onto a large south-west facing terrace. TV, WIFI connection, private outdoor parking space. Sheets not provided (rental possible from our concierge). Security deposit required.
On sunny days, you will enjoy the large south-west facing terrace (equipped with 3 deckchairs, outdoor furniture with bench and 2 armchairs, coffee table and dining table for 8 people, 2 parasols). In autumn and winter, you can use the stove. On the first floor there is underfloor heating and upstairs each bedroom is equipped with an electric radiator.
Each bedroom is equipped with a dressing room with hangers. Each level has its own bathroom.
This accommodations are equipped with wifi. We provide 2 paddles, several bodyboards, 2 bicycles, a ping-pong table. It is possible to park 2 cars in front of and on the side of the garage. There is also free parking near the house 50m away.
