Searching for the ideal property for your beach getaway, event, or gathering?

Do you need...

...sleeping for 20+ people?

...one of the largest private (seasonally heated between October 1 and April 30) pools in the heart of Destin’s Crystal Beach?

...ocean views (even from the driveway)?

...beach access just steps away?

...a huge outdoor, private entertaining and grilling area?

...8 bedrooms of which 7 are king suites with private full baths (including 3 first floor king suites)?

...a separate pool house with a second kitchen and living room to create a separate living space?

...a central location to Destin’s best shopping, dining and entertainment?

...a completely “turnkey and ready-for-fun setup” including a 2021 six seater golf cart, and 2 paddleboards?

If that’s your checklist, then it sounds like you may be searching for Epic!

Epic was designed from the ground up as a private retreat for large groups who wanted to be ridiculously close to Destin’s sugar sand beaches. In fact, it’s only 255 steps (less than 1 minute) from Epic’s front door to toes-in-the-sand!

Or, hop in Epic’s brand new six seater golf cart to explore the six neighborhood beaches as well as Destin’s largest public beach...all of which are within less than two blocks of Epic.

Hate traffic? Us, too! No worries with Epic. Destin Commons, the area’s premiere shopping, entertainment and restaurant complex (complete with an Imax theater, a massive Bass Pro Shop, and plenty of shops and restaurants) is right across the street from Epic’s neighborhood.

And for those who need to shop-till-ya-drop, Silver Sands Outlets (the largest name-brand outlet mall on the Emerald Coast) is only 4.5 miles away from Epic.

We know that your large group has special needs. That’s why Epic has so many solutions for your group’s comfort and convenience:

Do you have senior family members or mobility-challenged members in your party? Built in 2015, Epic is ADA compliant and offers three first floor master suites as well as first floor living, kitchen and pool access with no stairs to ensure that all family members are included in your newly minted memories.

Need a completely self-contained separate house for elderly group members, or so that multiple families can have their own kitchen and private areas, or so that the kids can have their own space? Epic’s pool house offers a full kitchen, living room, king suite and bunkroom/playroom that will be perfect for your situation.

Need a space that is large enough to have an event where everyone can gather ‘round? It’s unlikely that you’ll find a larger pool and private outdoor entertaining area that is closer to the beach than Epic’s.

Does everybody need a bit of privacy and a bit of elbow room? We understand. That’s why Epic features 7 spacious king suites with private full baths, plus a full bunk room and hall bunk.

A central Destin property that sleeps 20+ with a (seasonally heated between October 1 and April 30) pool this huge that is this crazy-close to the beach can be very difficult to find. Reserve your Epic vacation or Epic event soon! Openings for this property never last long!
