The Space:

As soon as you enter the apartment, you are welcomed by the beautiful sea view. The open kitchen and bright living room overlook the beach and the sea. The elegant arched windows allow plenty of natural light to enter while offering a panoramic view. Start your day here with a cup of coffee while watching the sea awaken, or end the evening with a glass of wine as the sun slowly sets over the water.



Lobster Loft features two spacious bedrooms, each with a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom. Both bathrooms are equipped with a large walk-in shower and double sinks. From the bedrooms you have direct access to the ground-floor terrace. Upon arrival, the beds are freshly made with high-quality linen and soft towels are provided.



In the hallway you will also find a separate guest toilet and a practical storage room with a washing machine and dryer, available for free use during your stay.

PRE-CHECK-IN AND RENTAL DEPOSIT:

If you book this accommodation you agree to pay a rental deposit of €500. A few days before arrival, if your reservation is confirmed, you will receive an email with a pre-check-in form. In it we will ask for your personal contact information and you will also need to arrange the rental deposit. After paying the rental deposit and completing the pre-check-in form, you will receive the necessary check-in instructions along with great tips and addresses of the area. Check-in to the accommodation is possible 24/24.



LINEN:

Quality bed linen and towels (kitchen and bathroom) are provided in this accommodation.



CLEANING:

Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.



CONSUMPTION:

Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.



CONTROL:

The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately. The guest uses the accommodation at his/her own risk. The owner and the rental office are not responsible for theft or accidents that happen in and around the accommodation.



OTHER:

Rentus is the property agent who operates in the name and on behalf of the owner. The accommodation is furnished and equipped with kitchen and sanitary facilities. Cooking utensils and dishes are provided for the number of people allowed in the accommodation. The total price includes the rental of the accommodation (of which 90% refers to the property and 10% to the furniture), the cleaning fee and any administration costs.
