This house is an awesome place to stay! great location and space.

All who stayed said awesome property. Just wish could have used longer with all amenities. Thank you

Listing said heated pool. Pool was not heated, so was not usable. Pool was one of the main reasons we chose this property. Only instructions about the pool was "Don't touch pool equipment." Nice property, but pool was not useable.

The house overall was as expected. Our main issue was with the pool - it was unusable for the first half our stay due to algae build up. The host did respond quickly to remedy the issue, but clearing the algae took a few days. Having a pool in Phoenix for a June visit was a necessity when choosing a house, so this was rather disappointing. At the time the host mentioned a possible discount but did not follow through and ghosted us when we reached out. A few other minor issues - the shuffleboard was unusable due to large scratches on the table, remote volume in master bedroom didn't work, the fridge ice machine was not working and a few of the remotes were missing their battery covers.
