O tym ten wynajem wakacyjny
If you are looking for a family-friendly farmhouse in a rural location in Mallorca, Son Serra is the right choice. The pretty little house with pillars at the entrance and a car park is surrounded by a well-tended garden with lawns and fruit trees.
You can enjoy both sun and shade on the various terrace areas, some of which are covered. The fenced pool is a great place to cool off on hot days. There is plenty for the little ones to do here, they can swing or play on the swings in the garden, while the adults gather around the brick barbecue and prepare dinner in the small outdoor kitchen.
The interior of this charming farmhouse in the Mallorcan countryside is also child- and family-friendly thanks to its ground-level construction. All rooms are easily accessible without stairs. For example, there is the elegantly furnished, open-plan living and dining area with an inviting sofa, TV and fireplace for cooler evenings, the well-equipped kitchen right next door and the two tastefully furnished double bedrooms. These have direct access to the outside through floor-to-ceiling windows and are also equipped with large wardrobes for your holiday wardrobe. A modern bathroom rounds off the living comfort of this farmhouse on Mallorca, which is decorated with bright, friendly colours and selected home accessories.
The Son Serra farmhouse is situated in a quiet, secluded location on a spacious plot with a pool in the rural north of Mallorca. The house is only about 1.4 km from the village of Búger and the Playa de Muro beach in the bay of Alcúdia is only about 18 km away.
