Situated on the ground floor, the studio accommodates up to 3 guests and features a living area with sofa bed, double bed, well-equipped kitchen, and bathroom with shower.



The apartment offers all comforts, including air conditioning, Wi-Fi available from May to October, and satellite TV.



You can enjoy a beautiful shared outdoor area: a Mediterranean terrace with exotic plants, dining area, and loungers—ideal for starting your day with coffee, relaxing in the sun, or sipping wine at sunset.
