We offer a 32m² duplex in a secure residence on the second floor for 4 people. It is located 300 meters from the beach.
You can get to Cabourg in just 5 minutes by car.
Supervised beach in summer, Golf "Cabourg Le Hôme" (18 holes), equestrian center, tennis court, Thalassotherapy of Cabourg.
This refurbished accommodation can accommodate up to 5 people (including a child).
The apartment opens directly onto the living room offering a living room (with comfortable sofa bed, TV) opening onto a balcony with garden furniture.
A small corner equipped with a 140 X 190 BZ sofa bed that can be used as a rest area for young children or an office area for teleworking (free Wi-Fi connection).
The kitchen area is fully equipped to make your stay even more pleasant: Fridge/freezer combination, oven, hob with hood - Microwave, kettle, toaster - Dolce Gusto coffee machine - Complete crockery for your meals
Upstairs, the bedroom is equipped with a 160 cm bed and benefits from new bedding for restful nights.
The bathroom has a shower, sink, storage unit, shelves, toilet and washing machine.
The apartment benefits from a privileged location, close to local shops (bakery, fishmonger, greengrocer, cheesemonger, snack bar, hairdresser) within walking distance.

Weekly rental in July and August: 600 € + cleaning + tourist tax.
Minimum rental 2 days out of period. ( 90 - 110 € per night) depending on the number of nights.
Deposit of 300 €.
30% deposit at the time of booking.
A certificate of holiday civil liability insurance will be required.
