The space
Morada Housing Chapultepec is a home located in the bohemian and cosmopolitan area of Guadalajara; with spacious rooms and excellent amenities in every room, such as a desk and chair; all our bedding is made from natural fabrics, and bath amenities are included; every room has its own key code and independent access. As general amenities, we offer high-speed Wi-Fi as well as a meeting area. This accommodations are recommended for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and those who travel in comfort; we offer “Uber Secure,” tour reservations (tequila or pulque tastings), and special amenities.

The common areas for your enjoyment include the living room, dining areas, and an utility patio with a washer/dryer available for your use. You’ll have access to a fully equipped kitchen for your enjoyment and a terrace where you can host gatherings or sit comfortably during the day. There is a loft upstairs where another tenant stays for extended periods.

In addition, we offer guests a 5% discount on any service at the Beauty Center salon located next door.

Guest Access
Before your arrival, we’ll provide you with the access code for the front door of the house and an instructional video. Once inside, the rooms are located upstairs, and you’ll see the number of the room you booked. When you get there, you’ll see a QR code explaining how to unlock the door and gain access. The same applies to the terrace and laundry areas. Additionally, if you arrive during the day, we can assist you if you need guidance.

Other notes
The boiler is located upstairs and must be turned on if it’s on the pilot light. Access to the stairs must be shared with the other tenant in the property.
