Located on a breezy hillside, the Ti Kaz Verte bungalow is detached with a private entrance and parking space. All sides of the accommodation open onto the garden and its lush vegetation; you are sheltered from the sun and rain while still feeling like you're outdoors. The living room, dining area, and kitchen are located on the terrace, which opens at both ends. The spacious bathroom is also open on three sides, with screens and curtains for privacy. The bedroom and sleeping area are enclosed, as they are housed in a well-insulated shipping container (walls and ceiling). The bedroom is lit by a window, a glass door, and two louvered shutters. A sliding door separates it from the bathroom. The neighborhood is peaceful, and at night there is no light pollution: astronomy enthusiasts will appreciate it. This bungalow is located in Pointe Noire, a quiet little town on Basse-Terre, well situated between Bouillante, which abounds with water sports, and Deshaies, known for its marina, its TV series, and its large botanical garden. Pointe Noire, at the end of the Route de la Traversée, is close to the major hiking trails of the National Park and relatively close to Pointe-à-Pitre. It offers visitors a Cocoa House, a vanilla plantation, a fish market... It's still an authentic place. I live a little further away on the same property (alone with my dog), and travelers can entrust me with their laundry.
