This duplex, located on the third floor without an elevator, is situated right in the heart of L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue and offers a lovely view of the market square and the rooftops of the historic center.

The first level features a bright living room with a sitting area (sofa and TV), a dining area with a round table for 4 to 6 people, and a bar with two stools.

The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, a gas stovetop, a range hood, a refrigerator, a dishwasher, a microwave, a drip coffee maker, and a kettle.

A terrace accessible from the living room offers a small dining area for two, with an unobstructed view of the rooftops and the church steeple.
