House Rules
￫ No smoking/vaping indoors (improper disposal of cigarettes is a fire hazard).
￫ No Pets, No Parties, No Candles, No Unregistered Guests.
￫ Quiet Hours: 10pm – 8am. Please respect our neighbours.
￫ Remove footwear at the door.
￫ No bikes, skis, or snowboards inside the suite.
￫ Notify us immediately if something breaks or isn’t working.
￫ $50/hour charge for late check-out (cleaners work on a tight schedule).

Other things to note
￫ Parkade clearance is 7’6”.
￫ Solara is a strictly non-smoking property. Smoking in-suite may result in a $500 fine.

Please note that the pool and hot tub will be temporarily closed on April 20, 21, and 23, 2026 to complete required updates in compliance with Alberta Health Services standards.
Long-Stay Policy:
For reservations of 10 nights or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This ensures the suite remains fresh, comfortable, and well-maintained throughout your stay. The cleaning includes a full refresh of the unit and allows us to check that everything is in proper working order. The mid-stay cleaning fee is $195. Guests will be contacted during the booking process or shortly after booking to arrange a convenient time.
