One of the main reasons I chose the apartment was that it's on the top floor and should be quiet. We didn't have any issues with noise during our 13 night stay. However, the apartment below us was vacant. We received several advisory emails from Miguel before and during our stay and they were much appreciated. The apartment was very clean and Miguel arranged a complimentary cleaning service midway through our stay.Everything was as described and we had a great stay. The nearby supermarket at the Forum Madeira was very handy.

Very easy experience with great communications from Miguel and Victor. Very clean and nice location with easy access to shopping and taxis.

The apartment was beautiful with everything you need. Across the street are plenty of restaurants, shops, and large grocery store. Bus stop next to building made it easy to get in and out of town. Also, most tours will pick you up within very short distance of the complex. I recommend Amsterdam car rental that is located across the street.
