A renovated 4-bedroom home for up to 8 guests in Middle Shooks Run, just east of downtown Colorado Springs. Central AC and heat, a garden room for work or movie nights, a game room, kids' play space, and a backyard with a BBQ, playset and garden. Free parking for 3–4 cars and self check-in with a smart lock. The Shooks Run Trail is two blocks away, with an easy ride to downtown and beyond.
THE SPACE
Four bedrooms and two baths give eight guests room to spread out:
• Main floor: king bed
• Upstairs: two single beds
• Basement: queen bed
• Basement kids' play room: full-size Tempur-Pedic pull-out couch
The kitchen has Café appliances (refrigerator, oven and stovetop, microwave and two dishwashers) and is stocked for cooking and baking. For coffee there's a Nespresso with milk frother, a French press and an espresso machine.
The game room has a TV with an Xbox, a couch, a card table and a desk. The garden room is a separate space with its own AC and heat, a desk and a smart TV, so it works as an office by day and a theater at night. There are also smart TVs in the living room and the kids' play room.
Outside you'll find a BBQ, picnic table, plenty of seating, a playset, a swing and the garden.
GUEST ACCESS
The whole house, garden room and yard are yours. Self check-in: your door code arrives by message around 11 AM on arrival day. Park in the driveway, on the street, or in the alley lot, which fits 3–4 cars.

We won't be on site during your stay, but we're always a quick message away through the app and happy to help with anything you need.
THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Shooks Run is a quiet neighborhood two blocks from the Shooks Run biking and walking trail, which links into Colorado Springs' trail system. A bike and scooter rental spot is a few blocks away, so you can ride to Downtown, Old Colorado City, Manitou Springs, Garden of the Gods, or all the way north to Monument and Palmer Lake. Switchback's coffee and Stellina's pizza are both within walking distance.
GOOD TO KNOW
Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Two exterior security cameras cover the front and back porches. There are at least three steps up to enter the house.
