The location is fantastic and a short walk to Commonwealth park Canberra CBD with easy bus connections elsewhere

Absolutely everything was perfect. The apartment was amazing and the location was awesome.

I honestly couldn’t fault a thing

This is the second time we stayed and we love that it is clean, comfy, well located and has a good heater. Love the high ceilings and big windows. Comfy bed, coffee machine, nice shower. It’s great.

Like all pet friendly places, there’s always that faint smell no matter how clean the place is.

I am still looking for a YELLOW LOCKED BOX OPPOSITE THE GARAGE ENTRANCE. I eventually found a small box attached to a bit of rebar behind some plants in a garden bed between 2 garage entrances. It took me over an hour to find it. Definitely not good. Then had to find the parking space after driving round 3 floors. Finally found a lift - no signage - got to the unit, and yes, wrong unit as got in the wrong lift. Need more signage and much clearer instructions. Lost over 2 hours finding entry key, correct parking space and lift. By the time I got to the property which was fine, I was definitely disgruntled. Rang number on booking sheet and got AI. Found a real person after another attempt at phoning, but they could not help.

The instructions to get into the building were a nightmare.
