Welcome to our spacious DELTA vacation rental in the center of Heinsberg.

This bright and stylishly furnished apartment offers 125 m² of living space and is ideal for families, friends, or business travelers. It sleeps up to 6 people, and can accommodate 7–8 people if necessary.

Sleeping Arrangements

The apartment has three bedrooms: Two of the bedrooms are each equipped with two comfortable single beds (90×200), which can be joined to form a large double bed (180×200) if needed. One of these bedrooms is accessible through a connecting room. This area features a bunk bed and an additional sleeper sofa, providing additional sleeping options. Please note that the room with the bunk bed is a connecting room and therefore cannot be used as a completely separate space or locked off.

Living Area and Kitchen

The spacious living and dining area invites you to relax and is complemented by a fully equipped kitchen. Location The vacation rental is located right in the center of Heinsberg. Restaurants, cafés, bakeries, and shopping are just a few minutes’ walk away. The popular Lago Laprello, with its lake and walking paths, is also just a few minutes away.

Parking

The apartment does not have its own parking space, but there is a large, free public parking lot only about 300 meters away. In addition, free parking is available in many areas of the city center—depending on the time of day.

Day Trips

Thanks to its central location, the apartment is an ideal starting point for day trips: the Netherlands is about 10 minutes away, Belgium about 30 minutes, and cities like Cologne, Düsseldorf, and Aachen can be reached in about an hour. If you have any questions, we’re always happy to help our guests.

We’re a married couple from Heinsberg and live here with our three children. As hosts, we’re delighted to welcome guests from different countries to our spacious vacation rental. The apartment is centrally located in Heinsberg and offers plenty of space for families, friends, or business travelers. Restaurants, shopping, and the city center are all within easy walking distance. Lago Laprello and other recreational activities are also nearby. It’s important to us that our guests feel completely at home during their stay.

Our vacation rental is centrally located in Heinsberg. The downtown area, with its cafés, restaurants, bakeries, and shopping options, is within easy walking distance. The market square, with its fountain, is also a great place to linger. The nearby Lago Laprello, with its lake, green spaces, and bike paths, is particularly well-suited for walks, sports, or relaxation. Thanks to its location in the German-Dutch-Belgian border region, the accommodations are also ideal for day trips. The Netherlands and Belgium are just a short drive away. Popular destinations such as Maastricht, Roermond—with its well-known designer outlet—and Aachen are just a short drive away. Free parking is available about 300 meters from the property in a large public parking lot.
