I booked this poace for the price. The "2nd bed" did not have linens for it. The sheets on one of the beds had stains and something which appeared to be a non dissolved washing machine soap tab stuck to the sheets.Luckily I had friends in the city I could get clean linens from. The bathroom switch was broken to be able to put the fan on.The location is easy to get to.
